March 1995
HeziHold Kft. was founded by the Herczeg brothers, specializing in accounting services.
The company's first office was located in a one-and-a-half-room panel apartment on the 10th floor in Budapest's 14th district — a modest beginning that marked the start of HeziHold's journey toward professional growth.
April-July 1995
The next chapter in HeziHold Kft.'s journey came quickly: the first employees joined the team, and the company began serving its initial three clients.
HeziHold specializes in accounting, tax return preparation, and the compilation of monthly and periodic management reports — all delivered with precision, reliability, and a strong customer focus.
Summer 1996
A growing company needs space to grow. As HeziHold Kft. continued to expand, the team moved into a new, larger office — a significant step that reflected the company's steady development and increasing client base.
1997
Expanding our services – payroll. HeziHold Kft. reached another milestone by launching payroll services, further strengthening its comprehensive accounting and financial solutions.
1998
Dynamic growth and a new business line. HeziHold Kft. surpassed 10 employees and reached over HUF 50 million in net revenue.
At the same time, the development of the payroll services division began, and with the arrival of three new reporting specialists, a dedicated reporting team was established.
2000-2001
International clients and continued growth. Due to the unique characteristics of the Hungarian tax environment, HeziHold Kft. attracted new clients from the United States and Canada. This led to the creation of a dedicated division specializing in their needs.
By this time, the company had grown to a team of 25 employees, with net revenue exceeding HUF 200 million.
2003
New office, new milestone. HeziHold Kft. moved once again — this time to a modern office building on Hermina Street. The new location now accommodates a team of 35 employees, while net revenue reached HUF 350 million, marking another significant step in the company's ongoing growth and expanding market presence.
2004
Organizational development to support growth. HeziHold Kft.'s rapid expansion called for significant organizational development. As part of this process, professional managerial positions were established to ensure efficient operations and high-level expertise across the company's key areas.
2005
HeziHold Kft. turns 10! 🎉 We're celebrating our 10th anniversary! With a team of over 50 professionals and multilingual client service, our net revenue has reached HUF 500 million. We're proud of how far we've come — and excited for the challenges and opportunities ahead!
2007
Another milestone: 100 employees and record revenue. HeziHold Kft. continues its dynamic growth: the team has reached 100 employees, and net revenue has exceeded HUF 900 million. This achievement reflects the company's professional dedication and strong client-focused approach.
2008
Ownership transition. A new chapter began in the life of HeziHold Kft.: the company was sold by the founding Herczeg brothers. Building on the strong foundations they established, the business continues to grow under its new ownership structure.
2011
The founding of HeziHold Kft. (2.0) was not merely the launch of a new company — it was much more a conscious response to market realities. Over the years, we received increasing feedback from partners and industry professionals that there was a shortage of service providers capable of delivering truly reliable, thoughtful, and high-quality work.
We not only heard this, we felt it. That's why we decided to place our operations on new foundations — with a clearer structure, a more focused service portfolio, and even stronger professional commitment. For us, HeziHold 2.0 means this: it's not enough to do something well; you must create real value with it.
Our goal is to be present in the market as a partner you can not only rely on to complete a task, but also trust in the long term. Because quality is not an extra — it's the foundation.
2024
Strong organizational and service development. In 2024, our revenue reached and exceeded HUF 150 million — this is not only a measurable success in numbers, but the result of the conscious building work we have carried out in recent years.
We are currently in an intensive organizational and service development phase: we are rethinking our operations, refining our offering, and at the same time redefining ourselves. We believe that growth happens not only on a business level, but also on a human level — and we are now engaged in both.
